i have an issue with the prepatch, when i find a new items it put it in collection and on ATT, but when i close the game and restart it, some of them are moved from ATT and still in wow collection. Pretty embarassing when i try to get all obtanable items from a dg.

Do you have something to resolve it?

@BragonTv, open your toy collection and Shift+click ATT.

Same with items, manually refreshing the ATT collection should solve this, have you tried that?

hello yup it's refreshing it and it's working, did this manipulation is writed somewhere? i maybe missed it

By default, ATT tooltips should show some available actions which can be performed, including the 'Refresh Collections' option to do as I explain above.

This can be disabled, (as you have apparently done) via the 'Show Tooltip Help' option under 'Interface' tab in ATT settings.

Did you loot these items while in a party with other players? This would caused them to have a 'trade timer' in which you are able to trade the item to another player in the party. If you then log off the game, and log back on after the timer is finished, there is no in-game update to trigger ATT to know it remained collected and sometimes ATT will not know it is collected. All that it takes to fix situations like this is to 'force refresh ATT' by shift-clicking an ATT window. This tells ATT to specifically scan all different in-game collections to ensure everything is synced with Blizzard's data.

If you have something collected via the Appearances UI, but it won't show as collected in ATT, please post screenshots of both so we have some context of what specifically is going on.

We need some concrete examples to help you.

I'm really not sure how a regular mace transmog can become uncollected in ATT after being collected. Can you type this in your game chat and take a screenshot of the window that opens?

And also show us the screenshot from your game collection that shows that you have this appearance unlocked.

I will try to explain in writing :

• I got Manual Crowd Pummeler from gnomeragan, shutting and off my game. This item were collected in my Wow collection and ATT too
• Reconnecting some hours after, doing Gnomeragan and see ATT telling me, Manual Crowd Pummeler is not collected. When ever i loot it again, it's not telling it "collected" or "collecté" in french

Manual Crowd Pummeler is a boss drop, then bind when looted.

I may have Alt f4 the game some times and its my be the source of this bug? cant be sure.

This bug is quite frustrating while trying to complete all skins from dungeon ^^ and never seen it before prepatch
