The staff named "Thruk's Heavy Duty Fishing Pole" does not register when you loot it from the boss "Thruk" in "Blackfathom Deeps" instance. Only shows not collected on the weapon and on All the things list. Also found 2 other items in Blackrock Dephts that wont register when you loot them, they are "Hurley's Tankard" and "Barman Shanker" a 1 handed mace and a dagger. But this may be a wordrobe issue in blizzards end perhaps i should ticket them instead since the items does not appear in the wardrobe either.
