Hello,

I came across an issue with the Pre-Patch transmog appearances. There were several pieces I acquired on my Mage as I was leveling using the Primal Invasions (pre-patch invasions) from level 53-60. These pieces included the cloth chest piece, cloth gloves, one of the cloaks, and the off-hand. I noted that for All the things it still listed it as not collected. However, Can I Mog it? listed it as collected, and it was available in my transmog window to change my appearance both on my Mage and other cloth wearing characters. When I hit level 60 and purchased transmog I had not seen drop, those pieces were listed as collected for All the things.

I did not see any lua error that I could grab and paste here. If there are any additional details that your require please let me know and I will do my best to answer them.

I'm not sure what's the error reported here? That transmog wasn't registered as collected right away?
Like Gold said above, Shift+Click on any ATT header or minimap button refreshes your collection so they would be added. This late registering can happen for various reasons outside our control most of the time and because the fix is so simple we likely won't look into it too much.

You might have trouble collecting transmog that has a timer (items you can sell back to the vendor for a full refund) before the timer expires (in this case deleting the item or favouriting it in your Appearances collection might help) and some finicky items but it's rare and doesn't seem to be the case here.
