"Great Gourmand of The Ruby Feast" achievement missing

The "Great Gourmand of the Ruby Feast" is not listed under Outdoor Zones > Dragon Isles > Valdrakken (nor in the dynamic Achievement category).
Every day a new table is available at 61.1, 10.7 Valdrakken where 3 unique dishes is available to be consumed. Each criteria is fulfilled once the spell that correlates to a dish is cast on you.
