Item appearances "Not available in personal loot." are being tracked, as these appearances aren't obtainable by the current character as far as I know, maybe they shouldn't be tracked by default or at least have a filter:

Sorry, we can't do that efficiently as the API provided by Blizzard is extremely slow. This information can only be retrieved in the tooltip without lagging the game to all hell.
