Please add this, I would rather move it to the side and have it pop up there, than pop up centre and annoy me

Yeah, as Fizgig said, this is what I meant. The ability to lock the frame in place, once you've moved it where you want it to be

If you move the minilist it remembers where you moved it to. Only new minilists made (by right-clicking a header) will pop up in the center as these are temporary and not remembered.

Occasionally I find that I accidentally move the mini list when scrolling. Would love to see a lock feature implemented as well.
