Item 198728 - Explorer's League Banner still showing as "uncollected" after purchase, usage, reboot, refresh, etc.

Any suggestions to correct would be appreciatd

Refresh with Toy Box opened? That's weird, toys usually work fine.

Update - logged in today - Explorer's League Banner no longer in my Toy Box.
Went back to Cataloger Jakes & repurchased, and now everything appears correctly.
I'm thinking this might have been a WOW issue, as I recall that the vendor continued to offer this item for sale last week even after I had purchased it & opened it.
This a.m. once I repurchased & opened, it is no longer listed as available to purchase.
