The quest https://www.wowhead.com/quest=70363/dragon-isles-skinning will become unobtainable if you've skinned an animal on the dragon isle before completing the quest. Yet ATT is still showing it as obtainable.

@Darkal31 is there a HQT when doing your first skinning maybe?

I don't know of any way to actually track this, so I think our current solution is actually correct, in that we just... leave it as is. Maybe a note clarifying that Blizzard is Being Blizzard ™️

Should be fixed by 397412a. It's the best we can do.
