In my mini tool it says, "Blessed Claymore" at Vendors. I bought the blessed Claymore and it says "Not collected". When i equip it, nothing happens. It becomes soulbound, but stays uncollected. Still have the weapon in my inventory.

Likely a result of the server failing to notify the game client that a new appearance had been learned for the account. When that event doesn't take place, ATT doesn't have any other way to notice it has become collected automatically. This typically requires a 'force refresh' by shift-clicking an ATT window to forcibly re-scan all collectible content.
