The three Dominion's Etching - Dominion Etching: Grief, Dominion Etching: Loss, and Dominion Etching: Pain which combine to Dominion's Calling do not show up as completed despite having acquired them.

ATT doesn't track completion of these items based on whether you 'have' the items. It tracks whether the items are needed for collection of something else. If they are still showing for you, then you still need to kill the rare/obtain drops from the rare which the item summons.
If you have further questions, please post a screenshot of what you think is inaccurate about these items if the rare they 'provide access to' is also fully completed.
