Sometimes the minilist load this header empty:

Technically the Trial of Style uses the Orgrimmar mapID, so the 2nd screenshot is correct.

The first screenshot I have no way to fix without knowing if there was a different mapID that wasn't found printed in chat.
Also potentially this is due to some recent change where Blizzard now restricts the amount of time that addons can spend processing when inside of an instance. Still not sure of a way to deal with this for ATT... but there's nothing to be done about this particular report.
