The criteria from the achievement is not very useful. I suspect this is due how what the API returns internally

Having done the achievement on live myself I can confirm the criteria listed on Wowhead is correct (at least for the Waterlogged Gurubashi Cache):

The text of criteria for any achievement is automatically received from in game. If it shows this, it fails to aquire the data. We can't do anything about this.

@ImUnicke might change this in the future so it would reference the missing data from game istead of saying you need opposite faction if the achievement itself is not faction tagged.
