Forbidden Reach vendor does not honor armor restrictions

Zones > DF > Forbidden Reach > Vendors > Treysh

It seems that ATT does not impose the usual armor restrictions based on your settings for this vendor. Above screenshot was taken on a Mage.

This should have been resolved in 3.3.3 or 3.3.2
