This item (Crimson Aspirant's Wand) with id 201775 shows up as a collectable under the honor currency. However, the addon says that it has failed to acquire item information, but still displays it nonetheless. In the Wowhead page about the item someone commented that they got a ticket response, stating that the item has not been implemented in the game and is unobtainable.

Please remove this item from the tracker or add some way for us to create exceptions to deal with specific items like this.
