Hi, the vendor Mythressa who sells Primal 359 gear in Morqut Village in FR doesn't sell the "Horn of Raging Tempests". My tooltip when hovering over her shows I'm 29/30 complete and only missing the "Horn of Raging Tempests", however, this is not sold by her.

Make sure you're set to "All" in the top right of the vendor
