Borrowed Egg Basket listed as Noblegarden Transmog, isnt one

The quest "A Tisket, a Tasket, a Noblegarden Basket" gives the item "Borrowed Egg Basket", which is listed as a transmog.
It is not, even if you equip the quest item, or if you finish the quest.
Finishing the quest gives the cosmetic "Egg Basket" instead and counts as the mog.
This is the last item in my Noblegarden collection for ATT, and since it is not collecting, it is keeping me at 121/123!
@jfranceaz Did you refresh your ATT manually (shift-click ATT window)? This item should grant a SourceID even though it doesn't automatically register as a learned appearance from the game.
