Even if you have cooking learned, turning on the filter will not show any cooking recipe in list.

What version are you on? As most of the profession issues were fixed in 1.6.5.
I've had Cooking show up all the time for the last few builds.

Can you screenshot what you are seeing? I have my settings like this and it shows up as you can see Cooking is highlighted in red and "Filter By Known Profession" is on and displayed in yellow. My character I am on knows cooking too.

If you could screenshot your settings with ATT List at the same time and then a picture of your cooking list like below that'd be appreciated.

I am using latest on curse (1.6.7).
Cooking shows up no issue when I open cooking crafting window. However for it to show up on mini/main list, I'd have to uncheck "Filter by Known Profession". If I have that checked, it'd be as if I don't know cooking.
If this by design?

I'm having a similar issue, where none of my recipes for professions are being tracked (cooking, enchanting and tailoring. I'm also on the newest version from curse and have the same settings as DenL.

I just want to add that this same issue doesn't happen on my level 90 character whom also has cooking. Only major difference I can think of is that the bugged character is low level and only has classic cooking trained; while the level 90 character has cooking trained up to pandaria.

@DenL I'm able to reproduce this on my end and we are going to look into it. At this second there isn't anything obvious standing out as to why it shouldn't work. Something is causing it to bug however and we will try to figure out what it is. When I turn on Show Completed Groups / Items this is my result:

The one on the left is the minilist made when opening the profession window (showing that it is pulling up some information) the one on the right is the Main List that doesn't obey this for some reason.

Your issue is a bit different. You need to turn on the following setting and once you do that then open up your profession window so it can cache.

That's roughly where the issue persists. The problem is trying to debug why it's happening. I did a quick look last night (as my time right now is dedicated towards Battle For Azeroth) and I didn't see anything stand out as off. I even double checked and the right skill is entered for Class Cooking and as a safeguard I added the two unused ones and it still wasn't trigger. So I'm still looking it into and I mentioned it to Crieve so we have to figure out why it's doing it only for Classic if that is the only level you have. If you have Outland+ trained too then it works as intended.
