Outdoor Zones/Kalimdor/Uldum/Quests
Issue: ATT lists the Item Sapphire Spectacles as collectable cosmetic and although Blizzard does have a cosmetic tag on the item tooltip as well, it does not add the appearance to our collection.
Also since this is a quest item which you only get access to during the quest, I believe that the cosmetic tag on it is a bug by Blizzard and it's not actually intended to be a collectable in the first place.

Have you actually picked up this quest post 10.0.5 to verify that obtaining the quest item does not actually grant their appearance? This has been the case with many old quests, and Blizzard does not grant retro-active appearances for temporary quest items, though they do grant credit when picking up the items during the respective quest.

The comments as of 10.0.5 and 10.0.7 over here confirm you won't get any appearance.
ATT will somehow flag it as collected upon another quest completion on alts though.
