The treasure chest located at 76.3, 39.1 in the Demon Hunter tutorial version of Mardum seems to be unobtainable, embedded deep into the rock with no cave entrances nearby:

This seems to not be a bug; it is hidden inside a cave located at 76.97, 41.36
