When moving /ATT Mini from the left side of the screen to the right, it stuck to the position i moved it to and now wont move again. I cant expand the window, i cant move it, i cant do anything with it except scroll through the window. I have done all the usual things like uninstalling and removing appdata but nothing helps.. any suggestions?

It might be locked. Mouseover the header and see if there's a red info text on there, it should say what key command will unlock it.
