Agapanthus in Little Scales daycare not showing "Whelp, there it" progress and the pet that goes with it anymore on mouse over of npc
Celetiros also not showing / tracking achievement progress

@Rickmann the NPC's do not show progress, the quest may show the achievement criteria nested under the quest if it hasn't been completed.
