Valdrakken PvP vendor lists not implemented wand (S3)

Exactly the same as I previously reported in S1: #1331
The S3 wand (https://www.wowhead.com/item=210317/verdant-aspirants-wand) is not available from the vendor.
Interestingly enough, this shares the same look with the World PvP variant (which ATT correctly lists), meaning the look is unlockable, just not from that item currently:
