Hello,

In BRD it shows Hurley's Tankard as uncollected, however this item cannot be transmogged :(
even after you collected Kreeg's Mug which shares an appearance it still stays as uncollected.

Do a shift+click to refresh the item. It then marks as collected.
Even though you can't transmog it, you can still learn the item in your wardrobe. You just won't see it currently as it's hidden.
