Time-Lost Trader for Tailoring is not listed in ATT

Available as of patch 8.1.5 for tailors who reached Kul Tiran/Zandalar Tailoring 150 and crafted the Synchronous Thread[1] can use it on Time Rifts[2] scattered around BFA zones to have a chance to spawn the Time-Lost Trader[3].
