Troll intro quests in Echo Isles showing up for Horde Evokers

Hello,
The troll intro quest lines in the Echo Isles subsection of Durotar are showing up as available for Horde Evokers, but as far as I can tell there is no way to actually complete them. They are all gated behind the Rise of the Darkspear quest which sends you to your class trainer, but there is no Evoker trainer for trolls. This is similar to Paladins, Demon Hunters and Death Knights which are not tagged for these quests in ATT, but Evoker is.
The affected quests that are showing up or me:
- A Troll's Truest Companion
- An Ancient Enemy
- Breaking the Line
- Consort of the Sea Witch
- Crab Fishin'
- Mercy for the Lost
- Moraya
- No More Mercy
- Saving the Young
- Sen'jin Village
- Territorial Fetish
- Young and Vicious

Sorry, I'm slightly confused. I signed up for Discord, joined your server and followed your link and can see a similar report by Djockey, but no other posts or discussion under it. Not sure if there is nothing there or I'm just too much of a boomer to figure out how Discord works.
I'm just wondering if this issue is closed as "not planned" because it's actually not planned on being fixed or because it's being kept track of on Discord.
I was in the middle of trying to code up a fix on my own fork rbobrowicz@8bd579f and open a PR when I saw the issue get closed and I'm not sure if I should continue with the PR or not bother.
