I can't pick up the Mission Report because it was already done on another character that's on a 2nd WoW account on the same B.NET account.

In the Mistvine example, the follow-up quest C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(52963) shows this to be completed, which should cause this Mission Report quest to be hidden because it's not obtainable in any way.

@kcoderhere is this still occurring? latest release and they show as one time account wide quests for me.

I made a list of the quests. If top account-wide quest is complete, it should hide the item and quest leading up to it because there's no way to complete them on other characters. The ATTWQ list wasn't clogged up with these until recently for quests that award "War Resources." Using "Account Mode" doesn't hide them either...it fact, it makes it worse.

Hopefully this list helps with getting this bug fixed faster.
