Quest "Assault on Magnarok" is removed from the game

Hi,
For context, please take a look at the following 3 quests:
- Assault on Magnarok (37626): This is a bonus objective, which according to wowhead and my own testing has been removed from the game (see explanation below).
- Assault on Magnarok (36697): This is a daily from the War Planning Map in your garrison.
- Assault on Magnarok (36827): This is a daily bonus objective, which seems to have replaced 37626 at some point in time.
The following two screenshots show that I've completed both 36697 and 36827 today:
However, as you can see in the screenshot below, I'm in the Magnarok subzone in Frostfire Ridge and the regular bonus objective (37626) is not being offered to me. This seems to confirm that the quest has been removed from the game.
I tested this on two characters - one in Chromie time and another outside. Both did not get the quest.
