Cata classic items showing as Not Collected for transmog

All of my equipped items and items in my inventory/bank are showing as Not Collected in the top right of the tooltip, even though they show up in my appearances tab. The only items that are showing as Collected are white items. This is on Classic Cata pre-patch servers with version DF-3.11.1
Open the settings and toggle Appearances On/Off and then Shift+Left Click the /att window's header to manually refresh.
