Are they weapons / armor that your character can equip? You also have to remember that the "primary armor type" restriction is still in place. This is a dumb Blizzard restriction and not something I can control. If your primary armor type is Mail, the only armor you can collect on your current character is Mail.

Are you on the latest release? If its bugged for you, try opening the ATT Settings and toggling "Appearances" Off/On and then Shift+Left Clicking the ATT header to force a manual refresh.

Thanks that seems to fix it. Sorry to bother. The clicking off and on of the appearance must of done the trick because I tried manually refreshing many times.

By contrast, something that I did not already have was recognized correctly after looting it.
