The addon is saying I'm missing a flightpath in Dreadpearl, Zuldazar. However there's not one shown on the world map and I couldn't find one in the game. There is a flight path in Seeker's Outpost which is on the western edge of Dreadpearl Shallows (in SE corner of Zuldazar) but that is its own subzone. Thanks.

This was resolved in commit f4c7a3d, where multiple flightpoints were temporarily removed until we can get more information on them. Should be cleared up in the next release.
