Describe the bug
the tracking of this 4 factions only are detected in the toon with exalted status and in att mark factions incompleted in all other toons in the account
Expected behavior
Instead of tracking the factions in account mode, att should be use the achievements of having exalted in a same toon both factions to stop showing the four factions incomplete in all other toons

Currently, to get the Strength feat and not be marked as incomplete by ATT, you have to do the job twice to load the factions, doubling the FoS requirements that Blizzard set. 1 character doing the FoS and another with the reputation that ATT again marks as incomplete. The correct thing would be that if you completed the FoS it stops tracking the factions because the FoS itself will say "he completed both factions"
The reason these achievement/FoS exist is because of the special nature of those factions.
@milotic unfortunately that is not how it works in WoW. As @Eremeir wrote, you will effectively uncollect a faction when it comes to those that is mutually exclusive. ATT does not operate on achievement criterias for retroactively granting completion of a faction (as much as it really sucks for us collectors). If you want WoW, ATT and DFA for the matter to acknowledge the completion of both factions when they are muturally exclusive, you will need at least two characters to accomplish that.
The way it currently works is by design and is generally not considered a bug. This can potentially change once Warbands comes as far back as to those old expansions, but until then I would see this as a non issue.
If you don't have any alt that currently has that faction exalted, if doesn't matter if you did in the past, it will stay uncollected because you no longer have that faction exalted. You've uncollected it.
This behavior is consistent with achievements like 110 Reputations Exalted, Oracles and Frenzyheart will only count as one as you need to currently have them exalted, not just have done so in the past.
