With the new warband feature in 11.0 we can collect transmogs of any armor/weapon type from loot tables regardless of class, but quest rewards are still dependent on armor type (i.e. if a quest rewards a belt my hunter can only get the mail belt, the ATT list will still show the cloth, leather, and plate as outstanding.)

Would it be possible to have a filter so I could see all transmogs from loot (world drop, rare drop, boss drop, dungeon drop, vendor, etc) while filtering out uncollectable quest rewards, so the list would show everything I can collect on that specific character under the new warband feature.

Hi, I’m having the same problem; even after completing the missions, I still have 'rewards' left unclaimed when it’s impossible to obtain them with that character, and I can’t complete the zones. These missions should be marked as completed.

Blizzard has stated with patch 11.0.5 they will be retroactively granting appearances and correcting the bug involving quest transmog. (Meaning any time we invest into a filter like this is wasted and we have a mountain of other things to add still that need our attention.)
