https://www.wowhead.com/item=204918/deeprock-signet is listed in WQ in zaralek but is a zone drop in zaralek and aberrus raid

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. loot the item from a random and the item show "wq reward in zaralek", in wowhead is listed in zone drop too

i believe both things are possible. drop and wq reward. as such i added it under the common header zone rewards
