Do you have both versions? For shoulders with Baleful tokens there is an appearance from the Rare Version and the Epic Version. Shoulders are the only slot that has this issue for the Baleful tokens.

if so then yes, Just opened a few and got both; unless there is just a rare one that is a smaller chance of showing up

@ladron87 Can you go to the debugging tab and turn on the following two options:

Show Visual ID
Show Source ID

Then take a screenshot of the one you know along with what you see when you hover over each "Felbane" shoulderguard in the ATT list.

It's showing as Collected which is properly flagged, but now I'm curious if there are "two" versions of the epic shoulders and one counts as the blue while theres another special one for the epic. I have the epic checked off so I can verify it's accurately tracking that slot. So now it's a matter of looking into the item further.

Should have been fixed in 667f23e if it isn't and you still experience this let us know.
