Categorization of of a 'Stay awhile and listen' objective for General Steelstrike under the conditions of the 'Priory of the Sacred Flame: A Brother's Grief' quest.

To Reproduce
Speak to General Steelstrike during the quest and fulfil the objective of the quest to speak to her.

Expected behavior
Speaking to General Steelstrike should fulfill the requirement of this 'Stay awhile and listen' objective, if it's meant to be categorized this way.

Additional context
It appears that this quest objective to speak to General Steelstrike was incorrectly categorized as a 'Stay awhile and listen' function, or the trigger for ATT to mark this dialogue as completed isn't working correctly. Speaking to her is an objective of the quest and does not function the same as other 'Stay awhile and listen' dialogues with NPCs seen throughout TWW.

Sometimes "Stay awhile" criteria is to accept a quest in order for it to appear and sometimes you need to complete said quest.
Since General is the objective for the quest (you need to talk to her) I doubt that it is the case of having the quest accepted.
Did you talk to her after you completed the quest?

Yes, I've tried going through the whole questline again with party sync as well trying to see if there was any particular instance of a dialogue that I missed and I cannot find anything. The only thing that even resembled a dialogue option with her was the quest objective to speak with her.

UPDATE: I just accidentally found the 'stay awhile and listen' event for this, it's in the incorrect spot in ATT. General Steelstrike wasn't at 42.3, 55.0 with the option to 'stay awhile and listen' until I turned in the quest Underground Economics but before Spice Up Your Life was available (I think this next quest requires a daily reset anyway). This is in the Striking Steel quest chain and not the Priory one.

Just want to bump this as I was going through this zone again on an alt and the OP seems correct. I believe the quest objective to talk to the NPC is mis-categorized as a 'stay awhile and listen' when it's not.

Unless there is a 'stay awhile and listen' event for this NPC that I am not seeing, but I can not find any during this quest chain, 2nd character now going through it.

Oddly enough, the cords set for the NPC location on this event is not where the NPC actually is during the quest chain.
