hi, @Eremeir the comment in the commit is wrong, the quest popup in a delve tier 3 in my screenshot can see the level

The quest was added to the addon in that commit from an error reported by another user. That quest has been confirmed to pop in two different delves at two different difficulty levels. Here's the most up to date snippet.

Actually, I don't think these are directly related to Zekvir breaching into the delve or him running away but rather from looting the Hulking Raptorial Claw that he leaves behind.

Today I was in Tak-Rethan Abyss T5. Zekvir Breached, I got killed and got the achievement. HQT triggered only when I looted the Claw.
