C stack overflow when mouseovering item in character info frame

Describe the bug
First it starts with game freeze on mouseover and finishes to crashing half my addons that put info in tooltips. Than each mouseover in that character frame produces "C stack overflow"
Expected behavior
Not to popup bugsack addons and not to crash other addons regarding tooltips
