Describe the bug
The Source info is not displayed

To Reproduce
Installing 4.0.17 triggers the behavior. There are no config or other changes.

Installing 4.0.16 enables the source again.

Expected behavior
Source is displayed based on options.

No lua errors are present. Addon loads. Here are my general settings for source in ATT

Yup, exactly that. It was a bug caused by recipes using the 'saved' property incorrectly, which we use primarily to display spell cooldowns and temporary completion for things like dailies.

"For Completed"

It would appear as though you have Recipes unchecked in your ATT settings. Since the item in question doesn't match your filters, it will no longer incorrectly report "Incomplete" in its tooltip. (thus falsely triggering the display of source information due to you having 'For Completed' disabled)

You're correct, I had recipes unchecked in filters.

So it must have been some different bug that was causing recipes to show up as incomplete that got fixed.
