Weird it has 2 IDs. Is that a bleed in from SoD maybe? Most quests aren't that high in Classic. But, to be clear, I'm playing Classic Era.

Yes its a bleed from SOD, the version of the broadsword you turn in in SOD is completely different. This is just an example of SOD/Era not properly being detached on Blizzard's end.
