Blizzard seems to have replaced these quests in the original vanilla era's patch.
A total of four quests were replaced, namely 614, 615, 618 and 620, and they were replaced by 8551, 8553, 8554, and 8552 respectively.

I believe they imported the vanilla quest database directly and locked the paired quests using the UniqueBitFlag in Questv2.

Hey, I haven't gotten any issues in a while. Been questing pretty heavy through Classic Era. I'll call out if I see any but seems like it's working better now! Cheers!
