What isn't working? What was supposed to happen?

I got an item, Toy Armour Set (Alliance) from the quest reward of You're a Mean One... (Alliance) which is considered "removed from game" by ATT, hence it was not tracked on the normal tracking page that shows which items someone is still missing from the quest reward box.

N/A. The drops are random chance. This happened on my 70th or so box opening.

I guess you were obtained from the stolen-present, right?

It was fixed in 1ef5071.
