Brewfest Brown and Purple Hats showing as not collected.

These two items seem to be the only ones that don't register as collected. I checked my transmog and I have all 4 color types. Only these two show as uncollected.

Have you tried to shift+click to force a refresh? Also, do they still have a 2hrtimer? If they do they won't mark off until that is removed since until then you are technically"renting" them

Shift+Click on the item in the master list fixed the problem. Sorry I was not aware this was functionality. I don't use the list or keep the window up, I only really care about the x Not Collected on the tooltip and/or the music that plays when the item is collected. That said, I'd bet I've purchased these hats more than once across two Brewfests events because the addon apparently never updates itself when content is missed, at least with the default settings. Perhaps I can see why, Shift+Click bogged the system down for countable seconds and tanked the framerate during processing and a few seconds afterwards. Thanks for the help.

@achrystie It's not so much that it bogs the system down, it's that when you do a Shift+Click you are basically sending a signal to Blizzard saying "Hey, send me absolutely everything you have on my account about my entire collection" which is pretty huge alone. So Blizzard's API goes "Give me a few seconds here and I'll process that data" which then takes as you can see a bit. It'll go through and check every invisible flag, etc.

The reason why it didn't mark it is because for whatever reason sometimes Blizzard doesn't alert you or anything else with "Hey! You learned this" so the addon can't tell. These happen with items especially with items that are hidden in your wardrobe that you can't see.
