What isn't working? What was supposed to happen?

Every time I do a /reload or login into a character, and you just hover your mouse of anything that has a,list of collectable things (like the covenant mission table) or a NPC, there's a spam of notification of every thing that has been collected from it all over again (along with the celebration sound, which I had to turn off).

I even loaded the game with only ATT on.

1. Login
2. Hover mouse over an object or a NPC
3. Notifications galore

Only addon turned on is ATT during the test.
