I completed the "Unseen Blade" quest and after logging out and logging back in I am not seeing everything collected related to "The Kingslayers" in the nested fields

Steps to reproduce the behavior.

I attempted "The Unseen Blade" on two different characters, one horde and one alliance. Both times it resulted in not unlocking the offhand skin.

I wanted to add, I researched the difference in the SourceID of these items and the 73676 is related to the "variant 1" and the 73675 is related to the base appearance, I don't see how it could even be possible that I have the variant 1 unlocked without having the base appearance.

@TomSparto I looked into this briefly and I'm pretty sure that the Rogue and Demon Hunter Off-Hands for 2 Artifacts simply don't register as collected by Blizzard, whereas every other class with Off-Hand Artifacts they do register as collected.
I've also just fixed the account-wide data recalculation to include Artifacts since for some reason it was not... now Artifact completion seems to be represented more accurately as to which Artifacts have actually been collected.

This at least resolves your specific Rogue off-hand issue as it will no longer be treated as collectible.
