artifacts are using mod id instead item id in the bags causing issues, linking the item in the chat works fine

the issue prevent the tracking of missing skins of the artifact in the bag
example 1: unlocked mage tower skins in legion cause artifacts now showing: Removed from the game in patch 8.0.1
