Slipper of Growing Despair, time #151301, doesn't show as collected, but I have put it on, and was going to D/E it, but decided to post the bug report first and see if you need any more info.
Sorry for the late response. Have you tried Shift+Click "ALL THE THINGS" header. There's also a bug with the Blizzard UI where sometimes it doesn't fully register all the pieces you learn in an ensemble until you log out (which at this point you've done).
If the error still persists then it's something to do with the item bonusID
