Says not collected, while all the other "monocles" are collected when i equip them.
Even tho u cant tmog them, it still should be marked as i obtained this item once.
Please fix :)

This is actually a bug with Blizzard's database. You can't actually learn that monocle's appearance as it is unbound. (Neither BoE nor BoP)

this is just to show that other similar items like that are marked as collected once u obtain them

On the deadeye monacle did you shift+click to refresh ATT and force an update check on your collection?
