I've got the last azerite item from the cache but the cache still thinks I need 1 more:

I'm having similar issues with a pattern. Have tried refreshing, but still doesn't want to clear. Also noticed the selfie camera just popped up for me for ICC...

1. For the pattern to register you need to open your profession with the option "open the profession mini list automatically." turned on.
2. We added the tracking for the Filters of the S.E.L.F.I.E.- Camera to the S.E.L.F.I.E.- Camera and one of them is from the Lich King in ICC ... you can either do the picture with the lich king (and the other bosses) in fight and Shift+Rightclick the header to manually refresh ATT or turn of the S.E.L.F.I.E. Filter in Option.

Try to perform a Shift+Click to force a refresh and see if it removes it. If not let me know and I'll investigate further, but according to your screenshot it should be removing it.
