Im unsure if this has been asked before, or if the option is already there but I missed it. I have "Only focus on my main turned on" and I have class defaults checked for gear filter. I honestly dont know if this is the feature "Only show personal loot" because I still see a couple things that are unobtainable too.

My request is that there is an option to hide items that will not drop from the dungeons loot table even if my character can physically hold them. A perfect example of this are the cloaks that drop from content like WoD and Legion.

I understand its not "All The Things" but its actually physically impossible for me to obtain them with just my main.

This depends on the content you are running. If you are 11+ levels above the content then you can have all pieces be possible drops. For WoD (your image) once you are 111+ then all pieces drop, before that is Personal Loot.

Now on to the question. On the first tab there is a filter called "Personal Loot (VERY SLOW)" which will do what you want it to do. The problem with it, is that it is Blizzard filtering it so it's really slow and laggy since we don't store spec information on items.
