All the things - Hellfire Peninsula

Hey, massive love for the addon, just a quick heads up that there are quests in hellfire peninsula considered miscellaneous which in current wow if you had not completed a quest before cataclysm, aren't available to complete, just wondering if you could give me a tip on how to rectify this or if theres a fix
Nagrand, Zangarmarsh and Blade's Edge Mountain should already be done, if you have problems with the quests there please tell me wich quests are wrong. The other three zones need to be reorganized (I'm on it).
And if you could post me the maps that are missing I can add them ... because I don't have the problem.

Oddly enough Hellfire Peninsula doesn't error but the mini list only displays Doom Lord Kazzak, and Shadowmoon Valley doesn't error but the mini list only display Doomwalker. All of the other zones just keep displaying whatever was previously in the mini list.
I've used this addon for a couple years, been away from the game for the last 6 months or so, but all of these mini lists used to load for me.
I don't know why your ATT bugs ... because these are the main mapIDs from every zone and when I fly to these zones my minilist show up as expected (Hellfire Peninsula and Shadowmoon Valley getting the data from the worldboss file thats why there is no error)
It seems your addon is missing the new files I made for outland (a few weeks ago) ... Maybe a new att installation will help you, if not I will send you Lucetia or another contributer who has a idea why the addon bugs out for you.

If you are experiencing that many missing maps @daglamier22 then you might want to try reinstalling. Make sure you delete your AllTheThings folder in your _retail_\Interface\Addons folder. Then grab Version 1.8.8b from Curse/Twitch and then relog into the game. Make sure all of this is done while the game is closed. If you are still experiencing the issue then please screenshot the UI with the ATT interface open (showing the version number) and we can go from there on what the next step is.
On a similar note, on my Alliance toon in Outland I see a number of Horde Only quests show up. Also I get the No map found for this location error for I think every zone in Outlands. Seems like BC needs some love in general.

I appreciate the help. I will add that it didn't used to be like this. I used this addon for over a year and never had this slow loading issue that it has now. It happened while I was on a hiatus from the game, so couldn't tell you if it was a specific change to the addon or to wine itself though (had i been playing during that time it would have been more obvious since i update both manually.
I couldn't find a version 1.8.8b, but i reinstalled 1.8.8a and got the same errors. I also happened to notice the issue is worse than i thought since i went to some northrend zones as well as deepholm and those didn't load either. I suspect this is likely some kind of effect of issue 221 that i also suffer from. Every instance i've been to seems fine as does stormwind, but a number of outdoor zones are affected.
Alright, the next step is to see if I can see what you are seeing.
Go to your World of Warcraft\_retail_\Interface\Addons\AllTheThings\db folder and upload the file "Categories.lua". It should be around 7.8mb. I can then look at that file and load it and see if I get similar results. Also, just to double check did you grab the file from Curse / Twitch / elsewhere?

Alright, thanks. I figured as much as it loaded for me and it seems since Wine has to emulate a Windows environment that causes it to be slow by default which in turn has caused certain parameters to run longer than intended causing the issue. I'll talk to Crieve and see what can be done about it.
Yeah, I'm not sure entirely which it is either. I do know emulating through wine does slow things down some.
With that said, I know Crieve did some performance fix earlier if you want to try the git version and see if that improves any?
Currently any quest under "Miscellaneous" is because I haven't quested through enough of the zone to get to that point. Once I get a chance (or another contrib) to go through and source them up we can mark any that you can't get as unobtainable at that point. Usually we are hesitant to immediately mark it as such until we've had a chance to quest as some sites are wrong in reporting things like that.
